As well as maintaining a relationship between the Syndicate and its co-owners, our managers assist the administration board members in the fulfillment of their projects and ideas. It is important that the manager follows the declaration by-laws and the provincial laws in effect. A constant follow-up with the board members is also a cruitial part of their work. Establish relationship based on trust
Our managers have the mandate to maintain the quality of the building they have been assigned to. He or she will be responsible to get the appropriate quotes, manage the payments of service providers and collect the condo fees. In order to keep and maintain a trustworthy relationship, our managers have all the tools to answer the questions and the requests of co-owners.
Produce financial statements
Our managers are responsible to prepare monthly financial statements to respect the established budget. Your manager is capable to adapt and to find effective solutions in unforeseen situations. With the help of our accounting team and our administration team, required follow-ups are taking care of by the manager
Follow-up after an emergency
Our managers’ preoccupation is to ensure the comfort and the safety of its co-owners, All their requests and concerns will be taken care of during our office hours. However, an emergency line is available for them 24 hours a day.
When needed, your manager will maintain a constant follow-up between the insurer and the co-owner in case of a damage to their property.

Well respected in the industry, Helene Vallerand has graduated in accounting and industrial relations at l’Université de Montréal.
Since 1987, she manages many properties. She is also responsable for the well-being and the proper organisation of Laucandrique.
Among others, her main objectives are to offer an individualized service to her clients and an enjoyable work atmosphere for her employees.

For more than 30 years, Jean Caron has been managing properties. Moreover, his expertise in accounting has led him to great successes within his business and among his team.
As the founder of RGCQ and a member of the board of administration of the CORGEC, he has been investing time and effort for the recognition of the profession of building manager.
VP, Business Development
Sylvain Clermont is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke. Among other things, he manages many businesses in the real estate field, as well as in the food and the car sectors.
